Now, we’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to take full ownership of our paid acquisition strategy for the DACH market. If you’re a performance-driven marketer who loves getting your hands dirty, writing killer ad copy, and driving measurable results—this one’s for you.

Your Mission in a Nutshell: You’ll be the go-to expert for all things paid marketing in the German-speaking market. From strategy to execution, this role is yours to shape and scale. We’re not looking for a generalist—we want someone who lives and breathes performance marketing and knows what it takes to generate high-quality B2B leads.

• Own and execute the entire performance marketing strategy for DACH
• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant B2B channels
• Write your own high-converting German ad copy— no fluff, just results
• Manage and scale a monthly paid media budget of ~€10,000, focusing on ROAS and pipeline growth
• A/B test audiences, creatives, messaging, and funnel steps to constantly improve performance
• Use HubSpot as your single source of truth for campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting
• Collaborate with our in-house designer for visual assets
• Work closely with the sales team to align on lead quality and conversion goals
• Continuously scout and test new paid channels, formats, and ideas tailored to the B2B SaaS world

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech
• A proven track record of generating high-quality leads and pipeline through paid acquisition
• Fluent-level German and exceptional copywriting skills for performance-driven campaigns
• Professional-level English for internal communication (we work in English!)
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads; experience with other platforms is a plus
• Comfortable using HubSpot for lead management, tracking, and reporting
• Analytical, data-driven, and excited to own your performance and results
• Self-starter mindset: proactive, independent, and always on the lookout for the next growth lever

• Initial Screening Call (45 minutes)
• Hard skills Assessment with CEO & the Sales Team Lead (60 minutes)
• Value add interview with a member of the cross-functional team (45 minutes)

After the completion of these interview stages, our hiring team will convene for a debrief session to discuss your application. Following this debrief, our Talent Acquisition Partner will reach out to you to provide feedback and communicate the final decision regarding your candidacy.
