Job summary
A leading tech firm in Germany is seeking a skilled software engineer to implement AI/ML functionality in Python/C++. The role involves collaborating with the AI engineering team to turn prototypes into production-ready code and ensuring compatibility with various product platforms. Ideal candidates will write clean, maintainable code and optimize it for real-time performance in edge and hybrid environments. A strong focus on energy efficiency and rigorous documentation is essential.
Responsibilities
- Implement AI/ML functionality (e.g., APIs, SDKs) in Python/C++ for product software.
- Collaborate with the AI engineering team to translate prototypes into production code.
- Ensure compatibility with product platforms for edge and hybrid environments.
- Write clean, maintainable code with rigorous testing and documentation.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize code for energy efficiency.
- Implement AI/ML functionality (e.g., APIs, SDKs) in Python/C++ for integration into product software, including hybrid cloud/on-prem and edge deployments
- Collaborate with the AI engineering team to translate prototypes into deployable, production ready code which meets the requirements of various target systems
- Ensure compatibility with the product platform (e.g., data formats, performance constraints) for edge and hybrid environments
- Write clean, maintainable code with rigorous testing and documentation for edge and constrained systems
- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize code for energy efficiency and real-time performance
