Job objective:
As Marketing Coordinator, your mission is to support the EMEA Marketing Manager in delivering innovative, powerful marketing initiatives that drive sustainable growth, brand awareness, and loyalty. You will plan and execute marketing and communication activities for our SBU Mobility and New Energy EMEA with a strong focus on advancing our online marketing efforts.
This role is limited to two years.
Essential job functions and activities:
- Development of highly targeted and customer-centric content for our web presence and our social media channels (mainly LinkedIn) based on briefings and in cooperation with our agencies.
- Active contribution to the relaunch of our business unit’s global web presence.
- Coordination of the production, distribution, and maintenance of marketing collateral, such as brochures, videos/animations, presentations, and promotional items in close cooperation with Business Development and Global Product Management.
- Maintenance of our DAM (digital asset management) system.
- Event management: support in the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
- Analytics and reporting: track and analyze marketing metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and email open rates, to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Support execution of market and target group analysis to prepare market studies and gain customer insights as well as to define personas, customer journeys, and content offerings.
- Additionally, the job holder is expected to take over further tasks on instruction of their supervisor which are essentially part of their remit.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or comparable professional experience of several years.
- 3+ years of professional marketing experience in a B2B environment or digital marketing agency.
- Experience in online marketing, knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in digital trends and advancements in online marketing.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in marketing activities in an automotive supplier business is a plus.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and international organization.
- Focused, goal-oriented way of working as a team player with high quality standards and flexibility.
- Self-organized, structured, and with a problem-solving mentality.
- Fluent in German and English (C1+ for each), additional languages are a plus.
