With a team of 75+ FTEs across Europe (Berlin HQ), China, and India, the company is rapidly scaling toward profitability, driving triple-digit million GMV, and setting new industry standards in autonomous, AI-powered supply chain orchestration.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define needs and create actionable game plans
• Build dashboards and deliver insights using SQL, Tableau, Excel/Sheets, and more
• Maintain and optimize data platforms for seamless, reliable data flow
• Address ad-hoc data requests with speed and accuracy
• Provide critical analysis for business operations, working directly with founders

• 5+ years in BI/data analytics, in high-growth environments, ideally scale-ups
• Expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker; strong SQL skills (Python/R a plus)
• Proven experience building reporting systems and working with large datasets
• Skilled at creating operational dashboards, reports and delivering insights to C-level executives
• Proactive, impact-driven, and able to translate data into actionable strategies
• Curious, strong sense of ownership, strategic thinker with clear and effective communication
• Experience with supply chain or financial data, and founder collaboration is a bonus
