BYD Stuttgart is the German National Sales Company of BYD BV Europe and BYD Company Ltd, a China-based company and a leading global supplier of green energy technologies. BYD Stuttgart offers a range of electric vehicles, including all-electric cars and buses. BYD is expanding its operations in Germany to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain logistics damage to lower levels through various means or with the help of third-party agencies, and promptly make relevant claims.
- Provide spare parts or tools support for VPC, PDI, logistics damage, or product defect repair, and technical upgrades of vehicles.
- Identify potential risks and take measures in advance to avoid accidents, additional expenses, or delays.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing departments to promote BYD's products and services and enhance the brand's influence in the FR.
- Manage business relationships with compound and logistics partners, ensuring compliance with BYD standards to provide customers with first-class products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner, improving customer satisfaction and continuously exceeding customer expectations.
- Promote BYD's vehicle quality control process, implementing training and supervision of quality control documents.
- Develop operational department budgets, analyze key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
- Recruit and manage the local operations team, setting performance goals for members and conducting appraisals.
- Continuously innovate, formulate, and implement effective strategies, leading the operational strategy and development direction of the automotive business.
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the line manager or Head of Department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent German and English language skills; Chinese language is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management or Supply Chain.
- At least 8+ years of experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Professional PC user skills (MS Excel, Word, PPT) with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in supply chain and warehouse storage management.
