Our client seeks a highly motivated Software Engineering Manager to lead and inspire a dynamic team of engineers working on innovative software solutions. This fully remote role within Germany offers a competitive salary, including bonus opportunities. • Lead and manage a talented team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of scalable, reliable software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI, product management, and hardware engineering, to define and execute development roadmaps.
• Implement best practices for software development, including agile methodologies, code quality, and DevOps processes.
• Mentor and develop team members, supporting their professional growth and technical expertise.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to promote innovation.

• Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong technical background in software development, with expertise in Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a passion for mentoring engineers.
• Familiarity with automotive or AI solutions is a plus but not required.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
• Based in Germany with the ability to work remotely.
