About the Role :

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Software Engineering Manager to lead and inspire a dynamic team of engineers working on innovative software solutions. Key Responsibilities :

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong technical background in software development, with expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing engineers.
• Familiarity with automotive or AI-based solutions is a plus but not required.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Based in Germany, with the ability to work remotely.
