• Degree in Business Management, International Business, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energies, or related fields
• Fluent in German and English
• Over 4 years of experience in PV module sales to distribution channels or working for a PV distributor/wholesaler
• Strong teamwork, communication, negotiation skills, and a customer-focused attitude
• Technical background in solar energy is a plus, especially for a technical manager role within the team
• Willing to travel
