Your mission

• Get involved in the design and development of cutting-edge embedded hardware systems
• Utilize your ARM microcontrollers, Altium, and layout design expertise to create high-quality PCBs
• Ensure compliance with EMC and EMI standards, utilizing best practices to mitigate electromagnetic interference
• Take part in embedded electronics design from requirements capture to conceptual design, architecture, schematics, layout, up-to-board bring-up, and verification testing
• Design and optimize analog/mixed-signal circuits such as switching power supplies, direct drive 3-phase brushless motor controllers, HMI interfaces for efficient and reliable operation
• Perform analog and digital design tasks, including circuit design, simulation, and testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products that exceed customer expectations
• Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your knowledge

Your profile

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in hardware design and development with a strong portfolio of successful projects
• Proficiency in ARM microcontrollers and the Altium design environment
• Experience with laboratory testing equipment (Oscilloscope, DMM, Function generator)
• Expertise in EMC/EMI compliance and the ability to design electromagnetic compatibility
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Conversational fluency in German and English, both written and spoken language and exceptional communication skills concerning different cultures
• Having knowledge of PLM processes and their application to hardware development
