Galaxus Deutschland GmbH in Neuenburg am Rhein sucht einen Workplace / Occupational Safety Specialist (m/w/d) im Operations Center Neuenburg 1, 80%–100%. Sie arbeiten als Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und Leitung, treiben Schulungen, Audits und Initiativen voran, um Unfälle zu verhindern und Prozesse sicherer zu machen.

Sie bringen mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Sicherheitsmanagement, ideal Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (Sifa) mit.

Qualifications

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Sicherheitsmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle.
• Abgeschlossen Qualifikation als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (Sifa), ideal in Logistik.
• Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse; Französisch vorteilhaft.
• Analytisches Denken sowie strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Durchsetzungsstärke.
• Identifikation von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen.

Responsibilities

• Verantwortung für Erhaltung, Weiterentwicklung des Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzes.
• Erste Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende, Stakeholder, Behörden und Management zu Sicherheitsthemen.
• Sicherheitssensibilisierung fördern und Sicherheit in den täglichen Betrieb integrieren.
• Interne Schulungen, Briefings, Audits und Risikobewertungen planen und durchführen.
• Sicherstellung der Rechts- und internen Anforderungen im Arbeitsschutz in Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Stakeholders.
• Sicherheit_projekte eigenständig umsetzen und Unfälle vermeiden.
• Unfälle und Beinaheunfälle untersuchen und Korrekturmaßnahmen ableiten.

Deine Aufgaben

• Taking responsibility for maintaining, sustaining, and further developing occupational health and safety, with possible expansion to a second location
• Acting as the first point of contact and advisor for employees, stakeholders, authorities and management on all topics related to workplace safety
• Promoting safety awareness and actively integrating occupational health and safety into daily operations
• Planning and conducting internal trainings, briefings, audits and risk assessments, and supporting the operations teams in implementing and deriving measures
• Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements in occupational safety and health in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders and support functions (Company physician, fire safety officer (Brandschutzbeauftragter), etc.)
• Independently implementing safety projects to improve workplace safety and prevent accidents on site
• Supporting accident and near miss investigations, and deriving and implementing appropriate corrective measures

Deine Fähigkeiten

• At least 3 years of experience in safety management or in a comparable role with interfaces to workplace / occupational safety
• Preferable: Completed qualification as a Safety Specialist in German occupational safety: Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit / Sifa, ideally in a logistics environment
• Very good English and German skills are required; French is an advantage
• Analytical thinking and a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work come naturally to you
• Strong communication skills combined with assertiveness
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
• Expressing oneself truthfully and fostering genuine relationships
