Job summary

Galaxus Deutschland GmbH sucht eine/n Sicherheitsmanager/in für den Standort Deutschland. Sie arbeiten eng mit Mitarbeitenden, Management und externen Behörden zusammen, um Arbeitssicherheit proaktiv zu gestalten.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Schulungen, Audits und Risikobewertungen, sowie die Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen in einem 80%–100% Pensum. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich; Französisch von Vorteil.

Qualifications

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Sicherheitsmanagement oder vergleichbarer Rolle.
• Bevorzugt: Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (Sifa), ideal in Logistik.
• Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse; Französisch von Vorteil.
• Analytisches Denken und strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
• Werteorientiertes Arbeiten: kooperativ, innovativ, verantwortungsbewusst.

Responsibilities

• Verantwortung für Aufrechterhaltung, Entwicklung und Erweiterung von Arbeitssicherheit, ggf. Standorterweiterung.
• Erste Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende, Stakeholder, Behörden und Management zu Arbeitssicherheitsfragen.
• Sicherheitsbewusstsein fördern und Sicherheit in den täglichen Betrieb integrieren.
• Planung/Durchführung interner Schulungen, Briefings, Audits und Risikobewertungen; Unterstützung der Abläufe bei Maßnahmen.
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Vorgaben in Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsarzt, Brandschutzbeauftragtem, etc.
• Unabhängige Umsetzung von Sicherheitsprojekten zur Verbesserung der Arbeitsplatzsicherheit.
• Unterstützung bei Unfällen und Beinahe-Unfällen; Ableitung und Umsetzung korrigierender Maßnahmen.

• Taking responsibility for maintaining, sustaining, and further developing occupational health and safety, with possible expansion to a second location
• Acting as the first point of contact and advisor for employees, stakeholders, authorities and management on all topics related to workplace safety
• Promoting safety awareness and actively integrating occupational health and safety into daily operations
• Planning and conducting internal trainings, briefings, audits and risk assessments, and supporting the operations teams in implementing and deriving measures
• Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements in occupational safety and health in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders and support functions (Company physician, fire safety officer (Brandschutzbeauftragter), etc.)
• Independently implementing safety projects to improve workplace safety and prevent accidents on site
• Supporting accident and near miss investigations, and deriving and implementing appropriate corrective measures

Profil

• At least 3 years of experience in safety management or in a comparable role with interfaces to workplace / occupational safety
• Preferable: Completed qualification as a Safety Specialist in German occupational safety: Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit / Sifa, ideally in a logistics environment
• Very good English and German skills are required; French is an advantage
