JLL is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador to be the face of our Berlin location. You will deliver front desk excellence, assist employees and visitors, and coordinate meetings and events with attention to detail.

In this role you will collaborate with security and vendors, support daily facility operations, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for all. Strong German and English language skills are essential.

Your Responsibilities

Visitor Experience & Front Desk:

• Professional welcome and support for employees, clients, and visitors as first point of contact
• Management of calls, emails, access control, visitor badges, and front desk services
• Coordination of deliveries, luggage handling, and lost and found
• Personalized visitor experience based on awareness of on‑site events

Meeting & Event Coordination:

• Setup and preparation of meeting and event spaces according to guidelines
• Maintenance of booking systems (Outlook, SharePoint, Conference Room Finder)
• Monitoring of room environments including equipment, signage, and consumables
• Timely response to meeting and event requests

Facility Management Support:

• Coordination with service providers and booking of maintenance work
• Processing of trouble tickets and administrative tasks
• Regular site inspections and support for space audits
• Daily collaboration with security and vendors
• Work flexibly in different settings as part of a the team

Health & Safety:

• Identification and reporting of safety risks
• Maintenance of AED devices and first aid equipment
• Role as evacuation and fire safety officer (training provided)

Your Profile

Required:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or facility management
• Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
• High organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Team player with professional, friendly demeanor
• Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with booking and ticketing systems
