As a Workday Integration Lead (f/m/d), you play a key role in driving our projects forward and are responsible for the successful implementation of innovative solutions.
The following tasks await you:
- Functional and technical design of end-to-end Workday HR processes
- Leading workshops and creating technical design, testing, and implementation documents
- Providing consulting services to customers regarding Workday Extend and guiding end-to-end integrations with SAP
- Enhancing and developing portfolio elements, including new technologies, knowledge transfer, offer templates, and one-pagers
- Taking responsibility for opportunities, support, and estimating integrations; defining service scopes
- Participating in pitches and sales demos
Qualifications
To be well-prepared for your path as a Workday Integration Lead (f/m/d), you bring the following qualifications:
- A completed degree and at least 6 years of professional consulting experience, complemented by hands‑on technical expertise in Workday integration approaches (Workday Studio, Connector, Web Services, Orchestration, RaaS). Experience in guiding end‑to‑end integrations is essential, while exposure to SAP is considered a plus.
- Passion for consulting and stakeholder management, with proven experience in pre‑sales and sales activities, including proposal writing and tender management.
- Expertise in Workday HR modules and functional HR processes covering the full employee lifecycle (hire to retire). Strong analytical understanding of HR data models, system architecture, and IT infrastructure, ideally supported by a Workday Integration Certification. Experience with Workday Extend and SAP HCM is considered a nice‑to‑have.
- A working style characterized by a confident presence as a trusted advisor, with a solid understanding of the overall Workday strategy and effective use of the Workday Community to support clients and internal teams.
Important Information Before Departure
- Start: By agreement – always at the beginning of a month
- Working hours: Full-time (40h); 30 vacation days
