MT Aerospace AG is seeking a Student Worker (m/f/d) in Production Lean & Continuous Improvement to support practical improvements in our Augsburg production environment. You will work closely with operators to analyze workflows, create visual standards, and contribute to ongoing efficiency projects.

You will learn and apply Lean, CIP, and 5S while collaborating with shop-floor colleagues, deriving concrete recommendations from value stream analyses and monitoring the impact of changes.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing a degree in production engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Management, CIP, and 5S.
• Structured approach to work and a hands-on mindset.
• Excellent communication skills; interest in working directly in a production environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
