MT Aerospace is seeking a Student Worker (m/f/d) in Lean & Continuous Improvement in Production. You will support the practical implementation of Lean and 5S measures on the production floor and work closely with on-site teams in Augsburg.

You will analyse production processes, create standards, and conduct value stream analyses, deriving actionable recommendations and monitoring CIP implementations. This role offers mobile working and flexible hours for students.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a degree in production engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Management, CIP, and 5S methodology.
• Structured, hands-on mindset with excellent communication skills and interest in working in production.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
