Zusammenfassung

MT Aerospace AG is seeking a Production Planner (m/f/d) to organize production orders, sequences and capacity checks for aerospace components. You'll coordinate with SAP and internal departments to keep on-time delivery.

This role requires a master craftsman/technician or technical degree, strong SAP R3/4HANA knowledge, and fluent English. We offer mobile working, flexible hours, and IG Metall pay. 35-hour week and 30 days leave.

Qualifikationen

• Master craftsman/technician or technical degree required.
• Several years' scheduling/production control experience in machining, forming, assembly or welding.
• Strong SAP R3 / SAP 4HANA knowledge (PP/SD/MM modules).
• Proactive, independent work style with hands-on mentality.
• Experience with supply chain processes and supplier management.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing of large components.
• Proficiency with MS Office/ MS Project.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Aufgaben

• Schedule production orders and determine sequences considering deadlines and capacities.
• Order management in SAP.
• Forecast and monitor schedules; internal coordination with relevant departments.
• Initiate corrective measures for schedule deviations.
• Ongoing optimisation of master data (safety stock, lead times, standard delivery times).
• Special analyses for corporate planning.
• Contribute to company-wide S&OP process and planning.
• Optimise planning process in SAP R3 / SAP 4HANA.

Your Tasks

• Scheduling of production orders; determining production sequences whilst taking into account deadlines, production and material capacities
• Order management in SAP
• Forecasting and schedule monitoring, as well as internal coordination with the relevant departments
• In the event of schedule deviations, initiating corrective measures within the responsible departments
• Ongoing optimisation of master data, such as safety stock, lead times and standard delivery times
• Special analyses and evaluations as part of corporate planning
• Collaboration in defining a company-wide S&OP process and assuming the resulting role for planning
• Optimisation of the planning process in SAP R3 / SAP 4HANA

Your Qualifications

• Master craftsman/technician (m/f/d) or a technical degree
• Several years’ professional experience in scheduling and production control in one of the following areas: mechanical machining, forming, assembly or welding – an advantage
• Very good knowledge of SAP R3 / SAP 4HANA, particularly the PP / SD / MM modules
• Proactive and independent approach to work / hands-on mentality
• Experience with supply chain processes and supplier management
• Experience with the manufacture, machining and assembly of (large) components and assemblies for the aerospace industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as MS Project
• Fluent in spoken and written English
