Jobtailor in Germany is seeking a hands-on ad platform automation specialist to optimize conversion tracking across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Reddit. You will own end-to-end tracking, build automation layers, and turn pilot automation into scalable rules.

You’ll work with platform APIs, scripts, and SQL in BigQuery, debug tags, and coordinate with partner engineers. The role emphasizes ownership, rapid troubleshooting, and delivering clean data signals for performance marketing.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with conversion tracking or ad platform automation.
• Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager and debugging tags
• Experience with Meta Conversions API or other server-side events API
• Knowledge of Google Ads conversion tracking and automated rules
• Experience automating routine work with platform APIs, scripts or tools like n8n/Make
• Basic SQL knowledge (BigQuery)
• English at least B2+ for direct communication with partner engineers

• Create the account and pixel, map funnel events, verify everything end‑to‑end
• Write tickets for engineers when backend work is needed, then test and confirm fixes
• Find causes of broken events quickly and drive the fix after troubleshooting

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands‑on work with conversion tracking or ad platform automation
• Strong Google Tag Manager; enough JavaScript to debug tags and network requests
• Real experience with Meta Conversions API or another server‑side events API
• Good knowledge of Google Ads conversion tracking and automated rules
• Experience automating routine work with platform APIs, scripts, or tools like n8n / Make
• Basic SQL (we use BigQuery)
• English B2+: you will talk directly to partner engineers at Meta, Google and TikTok
• You can own a problem end‑to‑end without waiting to be asked
