QCG Computer GmbH is seeking an experienced warehouse operations specialist in Germany to coordinate daily activities, ensure efficient material handling, and maintain quality standards. The role includes inventory tracking, staff guidance on the shopfloor, and close cooperation with production, logistics and purchasing.

You will follow safety, environmental and process regulations while supporting data collection for KPIs and documentation.

Formación

• Completed vocational training in logistics or comparable qualification.
• Several years of hands-on experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
• Experience coordinating daily tasks and guiding shopfloor staff.
• Good understanding of inventory management and material flow.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Strong hands-on mentality and reliable work style.
• Must have forklift license and driving experience.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues on the shopfloor.
• High safety, quality, and process reliability awareness.
• Excellent English and German skills; Chinese is a plus.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in logistics, warehouse operations or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of hands-on experience in warehouse or logistics operations, ideally in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Practical experience in coordinating daily tasks and guiding warehouse staff on the shopfloor.
• Good understanding of inventory management, material flow and day-to-day warehouse processes.
• Experience working with ERP or warehouse management systems in an operational environment.
• Strong hands-on mentality with a structured and reliable way of working.
• Must have a forklift license and driving experience.
• Ability to identify and resolve operational issues directly on the shopfloor.
• High awareness of safety, quality and process reliability in daily operations.
• Very good English and German skills, both spoken and written; Chinese language skills are a plus.
