Zusammenfassung

Wagner Group GmbH in Germany invites you to join its team as Warehouse Staff (m/f/d). You will handle warehousing, shipping, and documentation, while ensuring accurate goods receipt and ERP entry in Microsoft Business Central.

Qualifikationen

• Successfully completed training in warehouse logistics or comparable qualification.
• First work experience in the field is desirable.
• Authorization to drive forklift trucks.
• Confident use of MS Office and an ERP/merchandise management system (preferably Microsoft Business Central).
• Structured, independent and result-oriented way of working.

Aufgaben

• Quality and timely execution of all necessary logistical work in warehousing and shipping.
• Proper acceptance and control of delivered goods and recording in the ERP system.
• Preparation of accompanying documents and organization of goods flow with floor conveyors.
• Timely and careful order picking and packing for dispatch with regulatory compliance.
• Regular inventory controls and upkeep of documentation.

TASKS

What you can expect from us

• Quality and timely execution of all necessary logistical work in the task area of warehousing and shipping
• Proper acceptance and control of delivered goods as well as recording of goods in our ERP system
• Preparation of accompanying documents, organization of the flow of goods and professional storage of the goods by means of floor conveyors (forklift trucks and pallet trucks)
• Timely and careful order picking
• Packing and preparation of goods for dispatch in compliance with transport and hazardous goods regulations
• Regular execution of inventory controls

PROFILE

What characterizes you

• Successfully completed training in the field of warehouse logistics or comparable qualification
• First work experience in the described field of activity desirable
• Authorization to drive forklift trucks
• Confident use of MS Office products and an ERP/merchandise management system (preferably Microsoft Business Central)
• Structured, independent and result-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in a team, resilience, communication skills and a high level of commitment
