PVA TePla AG, based in Germany, is seeking a warehouse logistics specialist to manage inbound goods, stock accuracy, and order fulfillment. You will organize storage, perform stock checks, and collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements include vocational training in warehouse logistics or equivalent, forklift license, and strong German language skills with basic English as an advantage. Ownership of MS Office and inventory systems is beneficial.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist or a comparable qualification.
• Confident in using standard Microsoft Office applications.
• Initial experience with an inventory management system is desirable.
• A valid forklift license is required; experience in the safe operation of industrial trucks is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong analytical thinking.
• Reliability, diligence, teamwork, and resilience are strengths.
• Very good written and spoken German; knowledge of English is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Receive goods and carefully inspect incoming deliveries for quality and completeness.
• Record all goods movements in the inventory management system and keep stock levels transparent.
• Store and retrieve goods properly, following safety regulations.
• Responsible for order picking and timely dispatch for national and international shipments.
• Independently organize and manage the warehouse, ensuring optimal inventory control.
• Participate in the annual inventory count and ensure smooth completion.
• Cooperate closely with other departments in daily work.

• You receive goods and carefully inspect incoming deliveries for quality and completeness
• You reliably and accurately record all goods movements in the inventory management system, ensuring that stock levels remain transparent at all times
• You store and retrieve goods properly, consistently adhering to the applicable safety regulations
• You are responsible for order picking and the timely dispatch of goods for both national and international shipments
• You independently organize and manage the warehouse, ensuring optimal inventory control
• You actively participate in the annual inventory count and help ensure that the process is completed efficiently and smoothly
• Close and reliable cooperation with other departments is part of your daily work

Your Profile
