Wagner Group GmbH in Germany seeks a Technical Manager (m/f/d) to lead contractual and commercial project management for plant and system construction, including documentation. You will implement standards and ensure legal compliance in content and drawings.

You will manage invoicing, supervise teams, coordinate with sales, and maintain ISO 9001/AMS across projects. A background in electrical engineering with at least three years' experience is required, and an independent, team-oriented work

Technical Manager (m/f/d)

What you can expect from us

• Responsibility for contractual and commercial project management for the construction of plants and systems, including corresponding documentation
• Responsibility for creating a tested solution (legally compliant implementation): content and technical implementation of the applicable standards and guidelines (country and/or project-specific) including corresponding documentation and drawings
• Responsibility for contractually compliant and standard-compliant invoicing as well as tracking incoming payments and exchanging guarantees
• Responsibility for the technical and disciplinary management of the employees / departments / groups involved in the project
• Contact person of the sales department (consulting) in the offer phase
• Communication of technical specifics, clarification of technical problems, execution details and special solutions with the application engineering department
• Identification and communication of improvement potentials, changed requirements to technical managers of other branches and application technology
• Target definitions and implementation monitoring for subordinate employees
• Ensuring the completeness, factual accuracy and timely submission of time sheets and overtime of subordinate employees
• Ensuring all measures for the maintenance of the installer and system recognition VdS
• Ensuring all measures are in place to maintain ISO 9001 certification
• Ensuring all measures are in place to maintain the AMS
• Project-related assurance of compliance with all specifications and legal requirements

What characterizes you

• You are a technician (m/f/d), master craftsman (m/f/d) or engineer (m/f/d) in electrical engineering or comparable and have at least three years of professional experience in project management.
• You are enthusiastic about innovative plant engineering.
• Ideally, you will have gained relevant experience in our business field.
• Independent work, personal commitment and a high sense of responsibility are part of your strengths.
• The ability to work in a team and flexibility round off your personality profile.
