Job summary

QCG Computer GmbH sucht eine engagierte Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik in Nordrhein-Westfalen. Sie koordinieren täglich Abläufe, prüfen Wareneingänge, führen Inventuren durch und unterstützen Shopfloor-Teams bei der Umsetzung von Lagerprozessen.

Dabei sichern Sie Materialverfügbarkeit und Qualitätsstandards. Sie arbeiten eng mit Produktion, Einkauf und Logistik zusammen, verfügen über eine Ausbildung im Logistikbereich, mehrjährige Praxis und führen das Team mit einer praxisnahen, strukturierten

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Logistikbereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mehrere Jahre praktische Erfahrung in Lager- oder Logistikbetrieben, idealerweise in Produktion/Herstellung.
• Erfahrung in der Koordination täglicher Aufgaben und Führung des Lagerpersonals.
• Gutes Verständnis von Lagerbeständen, Materialfluss und Betriebsprozessen.
• Erfahrung mit ERP-/WMS-Systemen im operativen Umfeld.
• Handfeste Arbeitsweise, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
• Forklift-Führerschein und Fahrpraxis.

Responsibilities

• Koordination und Durchführung täglicher Lagerprozesse für effiziente, sichere und pünktliche Materialhandhabung.
• Überwachung von Beständen, Unterstützung bei Inventuren und Stock-Checks.
• Warenannahme, Sichtprüfung, Dokumentation und Lagerung gemäß interner Qualitätsstandards.
• Zuweisung und Koordination täglicher Aufgaben für das Lagerteam und Shopfloor-Unterstützung.
• Anwendung und Einhaltung von Lagerprozessen und Layouts für Effizienz, Sicherheit und Verfügbarkeit.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Logistik und Einkauf zur Sicherstellung der Materialbereitschaft.
• Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsvorschriften im täglichen Betrieb.
• Unterstützung, Anleitung und Einarbeitung von Lagermitarbeitenden.
• Erhebung und Bereitstellung operativer Daten für Berichte, KPIs und Dokumentation.

Job description

Your mission

• Coordinate and execute daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe and timely material handling and storage.
• Track inventory levels in the warehouse, identify discrepancies and support cycle counts and stock checks.
• Receive, inspect, document and store incoming goods in line with internal quality standards.
• Assign and coordinate daily tasks for warehouse staff and actively support workflows on the shopfloor.
• Apply and follow warehouse processes and layouts to ensure efficiency, safety and material availability.
• Work closely with production, logistics and purchasing to ensure material readiness and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Follow and promote compliance with all relevant safety, environmental and quality regulations in daily operations.
• Support, guide and onboard warehouse employees in their day-to-day tasks on the shopfloor.
• Collect and provide operational data to support reporting, KPIs and documentation.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in logistics, warehouse operations or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of hands‑on experience in warehouse or logistics operations, ideally in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Practical experience in coordinating daily tasks and guiding warehouse staff on the shopfloor.
• Good understanding of inventory management, material flow and day-to-day warehouse processes.
• Experience working with ERP or warehouse management systems in an operational environment.
• Strong hands‑on mentality with a structured and reliable way of working.
• Must have a forklift license and driving experience.
• Ability to identify and resolve operational issues directly on the shopfloor.
• High awareness of safety, quality and process reliability in daily operations.
• Very good English and German skills, both spoken and written; Chinese language skills are a plus.
