Warehouse & Logistics Manager (m/f/d)

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire the warehouse, shipping, and logistics teams
• Oversee production planning, goods handling, and supply chain processes
• Drive continuous improvements in material flow, inventory control, and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with ISO13485/GMP hygiene & safety standards
• Shape digitalization & automation in warehouse and logistics operations
• Collaborate closely with production, quality, procurement, and customer teams
• Monitor budgets, resources, and investment planning while ensuring cost efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Degree or vocational training in logistics, supply chain, or business administration
• Several years of leadership experience in warehouse/logistics (regulated industry a plus: pharma, chemical, medtech)
• Strong knowledge of hygiene & occupational safety regulations, ERP & inventory systems
• Proven ability to develop and motivate teams while driving efficiency & compliance
• A decisive, responsible leader with excellent organizational and communication skills
