The VIE contract in short: According Business France's eligibility conditions, the Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) is an assignment in a French company operating overseas for professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Iceland und Liechtenstein - except Germany) nationals. If you are already living and paying taxes in Germany, you are unfortunately not eligible to do a VIE in Germany. As required, we contribute to or lead projects of CACEIS Bank, Germany Branch or the group. The unit reports directly to the Country Managing Director of CACEIS Bank, Germany Branch.

Project management

• Translate the sponsor's requirements to define the budget, resources and project schedule with the sponsor
• Implement oversight indicators
• Define and ratify the project's deliverables
• Communicate upwards and downwards about the project
• Involve and coordinate the parties that interface with the project
• Write operational procedures relating to the project
• Identify risks that could affect the critical path or cause budget overruns and propose any remedial measures

Coordination Of Project Team And Skills Development

• Contribute to setting the project objectives with the sponsor
• Organize and lead working meetings (coordination, workshops, etc.) and produce the associated minutes
• Organize regular monitoring meetings with teams and sponsors to collect feedback and provide an update on project progress
• Participate in internal and external networks (feedback, research, forums, etc.)
• Coach and participate in the appraisal of his/her project team

Change management

• Participate in the implementation of new activities within his/her entity/function
• Recommend changes to processes and suggest improvements
• Identify, propose and implement change management actions
