Crédit Agricole Group Germany sucht eine engagierte Fachkraft für Finance Officer (Accounting and Controlling) im VIE-Programm am Standort München. Sie arbeiten in einem zweijährigen Auslandseinsatz in der Buchhaltung des ersten Jahres und im Controlling des zweiten Jahres.

Sie sollten einen Master/MBA/PhD-Abschluss, 0–2 Jahre Erfahrung sowie solide IFRS-Kenntnisse, analytische Stärke und Teamfähigkeit mitbringen. Englisch und Französisch fließend, Deutschgrundkenntnisse wünschenswert.

Qualifikationen

• Master/MBA/PhD oder gleichwertig.
• Erfahrung 0–2 Jahre.
• Hard Skills: IFRS accounting, analytische Fähigkeiten, Detailgenauigkeit.
• Soft Skills: Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamgeist, Lernbereitschaft.

Aufgaben

• Im ersten Jahr Mitarbeit in Buchhaltung und Monatsabschlüssen, inklusive Kontenabstimmung, Analyse und Berichterstattung.
• Unterstützung bei monatlichen/regulatorischen Berichten und Optimierung von Prozessen.
• Wechsel im zweiten Jahr in Controlling; Mitarbeit bei Monats-/Jahresabschlüssen, Planung, Kostenstellenvergleiche, SAP/MIK/Quantum/Sirius.

The VIE Contract In Short

According Business France's eligibility conditions, the Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) is an assignment in a French company operating overseas for professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Iceland und Liechtenstein) nationals.

If you are already living and paying taxes in Germany, you are unfortunately not eligible to do a VIE in Germany.

This VIE Offer Is a Unique Opportunity For The Selected Candidate To Strenghten His/her Knowledge In Finance By Discovering 2 Teams Of Caceis Germany's Finance Department Over The Two Years Of The Contract

For the first year, the VIE will join the Accounting department and will be assigned the following missions:

• Support in recurring account control tasks, such as monthly reconciliations, analysis and reporting;
• Support in the preparation of monthly regulatory reportings;
• Active participation in transversal accounting projects;
• Review and improvement of processes, with the goal of reaching efficiencies and a certain level of automation;
• Assistance in various accounting related duties (accounts payables, receivables).

During the second year, he/she will switch to the Controlling department and will work on the following topics:

• Support in preparing the monthly-, and yearly end closings (P&L)
• Analysis and comment on the financial results
• Assistance in preparing planning figures (estimation and budget)
• Comparisons of planned with actual figures on cost center level
• Responsible for handling Controlling tools like SAP, MIK, Quantum & Sirius
• Assistance regarding projects in Controlling (Implementing of SAP)
• Reply to ad-hoc enquiries from Finance group or internal departments
