Zusammenfassung

CACEIS Bank Germany is seeking a Project Management Officer (VIE) to drive project governance, planning, and execution in alignment with the Project Lead. You will coordinate budgets, schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across interfacing teams.

You will participate in change management activities, support team coaching and contribute to risk mitigation as part of a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• First experience (internship, apprenticeship or first job) in Project Management or Consulting.
• Demonstrated planning, data analysis and financial procedure knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Translate sponsor requirements to define budget, resources and project schedule.
• Define and ratify the project's deliverables.
• Communicate project status up and down the organisation.
• Coordinate interfacing parties and write operational procedures.
• Identify risks affecting critical path or budget overruns and propose mitigations.
• Lead project team meetings and document minutes.
• Monitor progress with sponsors and teams; provide updates.
• Participate in internal/external networks and coaching activities.
• Assist change management within the entity and implement improvements.

As required, we contribute to or lead projects of CACEIS Bank, Germany Branch or the group. The unit reports directly to the Country Managing Director of CACEIS Bank, Germany Branch.

In this context, your missions as Project Management Officerin alignment with the Project Lead will be:

Project management

• Translate the sponsor's requirements to define the budget, resources and project schedule with the sponsor
• Define and ratify the project's deliverables
• Communicate upwards and downwards about the project
• Involve and coordinate the parties that interface with the project
• Write operational procedures relating to the project
• Identify risks that could affect the critical path or cause budget overruns and propose any remedial measures

Coordination of project team and skills development

• Contribute to setting the project objectives with the sponsor
• Organize and lead working meetings (coordination, workshops, etc.) and produce the associated minutes
• Organize regular monitoring meetings with teams and sponsors to collect feedback and provide an update on project progress
• Participate in internal and external networks (feedback, research, forums, etc.)
• Coach and participate in the appraisal of his/her project team

Change management

• Participate in the implementation of new activities within his/her entity/function
• Recommend changes to processes and suggest improvements
• Identify, propose and implement change management actions
