Crédit Agricole Group Germany sucht für das internationale Volontariat (VIE) im Bereich Securities Services Holdings in München eine engagierte Unterstützung. Sie arbeiten an der Verarbeitung von Corporate Actions, der Abwicklung von Wertpapiertransaktionen und der Koordination mit Marktteilnehmern weltweit.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Bilanzabstimmungen, das Reporting von Risiken und die Dokumentation von Prozessverbesserungen.

Qualifications

• Master/MBA/PhD oder gleichwertiger Abschluss erforderlich.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Finanzdienstleistungsbereich oder Praktika von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

• Vorbereitung und Verarbeitung von Informationen zu Corporate Actions.
• Aufzeichnung/Bestätigung von Wertpapierkäufen - Verrechnungskontenänderungen.
• Bearbeitung von Corporate Actions bzw. Ertragsereignissen in Euro/anderen Währungen.
• Durchführung von Prüfungen, Deputation und Einzelprüfungen.
• Berichtswesen und Eskalation von Risiken.
• Globale Kommunikation mit Marktteilnehmern.
• Konsolidierung von Kundenaufträgen und Abgleichen.
• Vorbereitung/Prüfung von Transaktionsabschlüssen.
• Durchführung von Bilanzabstimmungen.
• Bearbeitung von Anfragen aus internen/externen Schnittstellen.
• Entwicklung und Dokumentation von Prozessverbesserungen.
• Mitwirkung in bereichsspezifischen Projekten.

The Team And Missions

Part of the Banking Services & Operations department, the Securities Services Holdings team plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive solutions for the lifecycle of securities transactions.

We cater to a diverse clientele including investment companies, asset managers, and institutional investors like insurance and pension funds. Our team focuses on ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy, actively managing service quality through rigorous controls and proactive problem-solving. We handle complex securities processing, corporate actions, and custody services, interacting closely with clients to address their needs and coordinating with internal departments for seamless service delivery. We are also responsible for maintaining up-to-date documentation and supporting the strategic development of our services to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.

In This Context, Your Main Missions Will Be

• Preparation and processing of information on corporate actions
• Recording or approval of securities purchases/sales of registered shares, custody account transfers and changes of address
• Processing of corporate actions/income events in euros/currency
• Ensuring and exercising deputies as well as one-on-one checks
• Reporting and escalating risks and problems on production systems
• Communication on a global level with market participants
• Consolidation of customer orders
• Preparation and control of transaction statements
• Execution of balance reconciliations
• Processing of requests from internal and external interfaces
• Development and documentation of process improvements
• Collaboration in department-specific projects
