Crédit Agricole Group Germany sucht eine motivierte VIE-Fund Distribution Officer (m/w/d) in München. Sie betreuen Subscriptions und Redemptions von Investmentfonds, arbeiten eng mit internen/externen Kunden zusammen und unterstützen regulatorische Berichte.

Die Position startet 01/01/2027 und läuft 24 Monate. Sie bringen einen Master/MBA/PhD oder Economics-Abschluss mit, 0–2 Jahre Erfahrung, analytische Stärke und Teamfähigkeit.

Aufgaben

• Bearbeitung von Subscriptions und Redemptions von Investmentfonds – End-to-End-Prozess
• Unterstützung interner/externer CACEIS-Kunden in operativen Belangen
• Datenaufbereitung für Regulierung und Berichte
• Überwachung von SEPA-Zahlungen und Eskalation bei Fehlern
• Daten für Neu-Fonds-Setups vorbereiten
• Anfragen bearbeiten und ggf. weiterleiten
• Offene Settlement-Transaktionen klären
• Abstimmung offener Posten und Ursachenanalyse
• Mitwirkung an rechtlichen Anforderungen und Marktstandards
• Beitrag zu Innovations- und Automatisierungsprojekten

According Business France's eligibility conditions, the Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) is an assignment in a French company operating overseas for professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Iceland und Liechtenstein) nationals.

Your Main Responsibilities Are To

• Process subscriptions and redemptions for investment funds and oversee the end‑to‑end process
• Assist internal and external CACEIS clients in operational matters, acting as a subject‑matter expert
• Collect, analyze, and prepare data for regulatory and other reporting and information purposes
• Monitor SEPA payments, act on payments in error status, and elevate and prompt decisions where required
• Collect and prepare data required for the set‑up of new funds and counterparties
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external parties, conducting investigations and providing answers or redirecting them as appropriate,
• Resolve open settlement transactions
• Reconcile open items and identify the root causes of differences and exceptions in cash and units
• Contribute to the implementation of legal requirements and market best practices
• Contribute to innovation and automation initiatives, and support related projects and testing activities
