Job summary

The Voith Group is a global technology company seeking a Vice President / Senior Manager (m|w|d) for Corporate Strategy. The role offers exposure to senior decision-makers and cross-functional execution across Voith's businesses, with a flexible hybrid working model in Heidenheim.

You will lead strategic growth initiatives, market analysis and strategic planning, partnering with leadership to shape the group’s long-term priorities and value creation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree, MBA or equivalent qualification achieved.
• Over four years of professional experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, able to present complex ideas clearly to senior management.
• Self-motivated, structured mindset with end-to-end thinking.
• Positive, collaborative and open team spirit.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global corporate strategy projects and align with management levels from board to regional teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and improve profitability with actionable plans.
• Drive the strategic planning process, facilitate workshops with senior leadership to set long-term goals.
• Conduct market research analyzing industry trends, customer behavior and competitive landscapes.
• Act as liaison between senior leadership and stakeholders for effective strategy execution.
• Implement and develop M&A strategy in collaboration with the M&A team and divisions.

You will start by leading strategic, growth and transformation initiatives across Voith's businesses and, over time, grow into a leadership role within the Group. The position offers unique exposure to senior decision-makers, strategic priority topics and operational business challenges.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have excellent written and spoken English skills, German is a plus.
