Zusammenfassung

Voith Group is seeking a Junior Project Manager Digitization to support global GBS transformation projects. You will liaise between business, IT and external partners, helping plan and implement digitalisation initiatives and document requirements accordingly.

The role involves creating data-driven improvement proposals, coordinating milestones, and preparing management materials for international stakeholders. A dual Master’s option is part of the program, starting immediately in Heidenheim.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or comparable subject.
• Strong interest in digitalisation, process optimisation, automation and transformation.
• Analytical and structured approach with initiative and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Nice to have Power BI, SAP or Celonis knowledge.

Focus: Digitalisation & Transformation in GBS Service & Transformation Management (STM)

As a Junior Project Manager (m|f|d) in Service & Transformation, you will support the global transformation of GBS processes by identifying, evaluating and implementing digitalisation initiatives. In this role, you will act as a liaison between the business, IT and external partners, and actively contribute to the further development of the Global Business Services model.

Your responsibilities:

• As part of a newly launched initiative, you will play an active role in the planning, coordination and implementation of digitalisation and automation projects within GBS STM.
• Your responsibilities will include capturing, analysing and documenting business requirements in close collaboration with the line organisations and IT.
• In doing so, you will help to identify opportunities for process optimisation and develop data-driven proposals for improvement.
• Managing and tracking projects, action plans, milestones and project reports will also fall within your remit.
• In addition, you will prepare management presentations, business cases and communication materials for international stakeholders.

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable subject.
• You are passionate about digitalisation, process optimisation, automation and transformation.
• You are characterised by an analytical and structured approach to work, a high degree of initiative and a strong willingness to learn.
• You are confident using Microsoft 365 (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
• Ideally, you will have knowledge of Power BI, SAP or process mining (e.g. Celonis).
• Very good command of German and English, as well as a passion for working in international teams, round off your profile.
