Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Veterinary Services Manager (Poultry) to lead scientific and technical aspects of poultry vaccines, and to deliver expert consultations to veterinarians, farmers, and other professionals. You will build a network of opinion leaders in poultry health and provide training for the sales team.

You will also design studies, work with BeNeDACH marketing and sales, and participate in national and international working groups while traveling as needed to stay connected with

Qualifications

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine with a focus on poultry.
• Solid practical experience in poultry practice.
• Ambitious, motivated and able to work independently with responsibility.
• Team player with a professional demeanour, analytical thinking and strong communication skills.
• Proficient user of MS Office applications.
• Very good written and spoken English is required.

Responsibilities

• Scientific and technical responsibility for all aspects of our poultry vaccines.
• Deliver expert consultations and presentations to veterinarians, farmers and other professional audiences.
• Build and expand a comprehensive network of opinion leaders in poultry health.
• Provide technical training and continuing education for the sales team.
• Participate in ongoing company training, congresses, seminars and events, and pursue self‑directed learning to stay current in the field.
• Work closely with the BeNeDACH marketing and sales teams and engage in national and international working groups.
• Design studies and collect data to understand customer needs and circumstances.
• Regularly contribute to business development reports with customers (pulse meetings) and vaccination services.
• Willingness to travel, including multi‑day and international trips.
