Big Dutchman International GmbH invites applications for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) MultiVacc. You will independently manage the pay-by-use sales process, collaborate with Egg and Poultry teams, and act as the main customer contact while coordinating with PM/PO.

You will drive the Phase 1 rollout in Europe and lay the groundwork for global scaling. We seek several years of sales/business development experience in agriculture or livestock, plus a veterinary medicine or livestock science background.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of Sales/BD experience in agriculture or livestock.
• Background in veterinary medicine (poultry) or livestock science, or hands-on equivalent.
• Ability to explain complex solutions and negotiate confidently.
• Very good German and English, written and spoken.
• Additional languages welcomed.

Aufgaben

• Independently manage the MultiVacc sales process end-to-end from opportunity to contract.
• Collaborate with Egg and Poultry sales teams: handle leads, structure, convert to offers.
• Execute pay-by-use model operationally: clear quoting logic, item codes, clean processing.
• Be central contact for customers: clarify topics and provide basic technical support; coordinate with PM/PO.
• Own the Phase 1 rollout in Europe and help build foundation for global scaling.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Independently manage the MultiVacc sales process end-to-end: from a qualified opportunity to an active customer contract
• Collaborate with the Egg and Poultry sales teams: take over leads, structure them, and convert them into concrete offers
• Execute the pay-by-use model operationally: clear quoting logic, defined item/code numbers, and clean commercial processing
• Act as the central point of contact for customers: clarify commercial topics and provide basic technical support; coordinate with PM/PO as needed
• Own the Phase 1 rollout in Europe and help build the foundation for later global scaling

What do you bring to the role?

• Several years of experience in Sales / Business Development in the agriculture or livestock sector (Egg/Poultry is a plus)
• Relevant professional background in veterinary medicine (poultry), animal husbandry/livestock sciences, agriculture—or comparable hands-on expertise
• Ability to explain complex solutions and commercial models clearly and negotiate confidently
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Additional languages are welcome (e.g., Dutch, Romanian, Polish)
