STRATO Personal GmbH in Baden-Württemberg sucht einen Contract Manager (m/w/d) für die Zusammenarbeit mit Airbus Defence and Space. Sie erstellen, prüfen und verhandeln nationale und internationale Verträge, berücksichtigen rechtliche Risiken und wirtschaftliche Interessen.

Sie unterstützen Procurement, schulen Junior Buyer und gestalten Trainingsprogramme. Erwartet wird ein juristisches Studium, einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Vertragsrecht, sowie ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Competenze

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Rechtswesen und einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Vertragsrecht, Programm- und Lieferantenmanagement.
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse.
• Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse.

Mansioni

• Entwurf, Überarbeitung und Optimierung von Standardbeschaffungsverträgen unter Berücksichtigung rechtlicher, wirtschaftlicher und risikotechnischer Aspekte.
• Verhandlungen führen mit Procurement-Buyern, einschließlich komplexer Vertragsänderungen.
• Prüfung von Verträgen auf zentrale Klauseln, Abweichungen, Risiken und Chancen.
• Fachliche Beratung zu Vertragsentwürfen, Verhandlungen und Rechtsfolgen interner Projekte (einschl. Vertraulichkeit/IP).
• Weiterentwicklung von Schulungsprogrammen der Procurement Academy und Coaching von Nachwuchs-Beschaffern.

Stellenbeschreibung

• Draft, revise, and optimize standard procurement contracts, ensuring all relevant commercial, economic, technological, legal, and risk management requirements are addressed
• Prepare and conduct contract negotiations with Procurement Commodity Buyers, including complex contract amendments and settlement agreements throughout the contract lifecycle
• Review and validate contracts by assessing key terms, deviations, risks, and opportunities, and analyze existing agreements during contract administration or in the event of potential disputes with suppliers
• Provide specialized contractual expertise and advice to Procurement and other internal functions on contract drafting, design, negotiations, and contractual implications of internal projects, including confidentiality and intellectual property matters
• Develop and enhance Procurement Academy training programs and provide coaching and on-the-job training to junior buyers in contract management and negotiations

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Law
• Professional experience in the field of Law, Contract Law, Program and Supplier Management
• Very good knowledge of using MS Office
• Fluent in English and German
