Job summary

Orizon GmbH vermittelt eine Vakanz als Contract Manager Procurement für Airbus Defence and Space in Ottobrunn. Sie verantworten den Entwurf und die Verhandlung von Standardverträgen, die Prüfung von Rahmenbedingungen und die Beratung interner Fachbereiche in vertraglichen Belangen.

Sie bringen einen Masterabschluss in Recht mit, verfügen über Vertrags- und Verhandlungserfahrung sowie fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Rechtswissenschaften oder gleichwertige Qualifikation.
• Erfahrung im Vertragsrecht, Vertragsgestaltung und Verhandlungen.
• Kommerzielle Kenntnisse, technisches Grundverständnis und Erfahrung im Programm- und Lieferantenmanagement im internationalen Kontext.
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Deutsch und Englisch schriftlich sowie mündlich fließend.

Responsibilities

• Entwurf neuer Standardbeschaffungsverträge unter Einbeziehung aller relevanten Anforderungen (wirtschaftlich, kommerziell, technisch, rechtlich, Risikomanagement).
• Revision, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Standardverträge; Vorbereitung von Verhandlungen; Vertragsentwurf und Durchführung von Verhandlungen mit Einkaufswarengruppen.
• Weiterentwicklung bestehender Vertragsdokumente: Vorbereitung, Entwurf und Verhandlung komplexer Vertragsänderungen und Aufhebungsverträge während der Lebensdauer des Vertrags mit Einkaufsteams.
• Unterzeichnung des Vertragsvalidierungsformulars mit Kernelementen des Vertrags (Executive Summary, Hauptabweichungen, Risiken und Chancen).
• Vertragsanalysen während der Vertragsabwicklung und bei potenziellen Streitigkeiten zwischen dem Unternehmen und Lieferanten.
• Bereitstellung spezialisierter Unterstützung und Expertise in Vertragsanalyse, -entwurf, -gestaltung und -verhandlungen für andere Unternehmensbereiche (außer Flugzeugverkäufe).
• Entwicklung neuer oder Weiterentwicklung bestehender Procurement Academy-Schulungen; Coaching und On-the-Job-Training von Junior Buyers in Vertrags- und Verhandlungsfragen.

Your prospective job:

You are acting as a Contract Manager Procurement (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Defence and Space in Ottobrunn.

Your responsibilities:

• Drafting of new standard procurement contracts integrating all relevant requirements (e.g. economic, commercial, technological, legal, risk management).
• Revision, optimization, further development of existing standard procurement contracts. Preparation of negotiation; contract drafting and execution of negotiations of contracts together with the procurement commodity buyers.
• Evolution of existing contractual documents: preparation, drafting and negotiation of e.g. complex contract amendments and settlement agreements during the life cycle of the contract together with Procurement Commodity Buyers.
• Signing of the contract validation form which shall content the key elements of the contract (executive summary, main deviations, risks and opportunities of the contract).
• Contractual analysis of agreements during the contract administration phase and/or in case of disagreements / potential forthcoming disputes between Company and suppliers concerning existing procurement contracts.
• Provision of specialized support and expertise in contract analysis, -drafting, - design and - negotiations for Company functions other than Procurement (except aircraft sales contracts). Advising internal stakeholders on contractual implications of internal (improvement) projects (e.g. confidentiality or intellectual property aspects).
• Development of new and further development of existing Procurement Academy trainings; coaching and training-on-the-job of junior buyers in the areas of contracts and negotiations.

Your profile:

• Completed master's degree in law or a comparable qualification
• Work experience in the field of Legal Systems
• Experience in contract law is mandatory (drafting contracts and negotiating procurement contracts)
• Commercial knowledge, a basic technical understanding and experience in program and supplier management in an international context is required
• Familiar with MS-Office
• Fluent German and English skills, written and spoken
