Job summary

STRATO Personal GmbH sucht einen Vertragsmanager (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung des Beschaffungswesens. Sie erstellen, prüfen und optimieren Standardverträge und begleiten Verhandlungen mit Einkaufsabteilungen bis zum Abschluss.

Sie beraten interne Bereiche zu Vertragsentwürfen, einschließlich Vertraulichkeit und geistigem Eigentum, und tragen zur Weiterentwicklung von Trainings im Beschaffungswesen bei. Deutsch/Englisch fließend sind Voraussetzung.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Recht.
• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Recht, Vertragsrecht, Programm- und Lieferantenmanagement.
• Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse.
• Fließend Deutsch und Englisch.

Responsibilities

• Verträge entwerfen, prüfen, optimieren und Risikomanagement sicherstellen.
• Verhandlungen mit Procurement Commodity Buyers führen, inklusive komplexer Vertragsänderungen.
• Verträge auf Klauseln, Abweichungen, Risiken prüfen.
• Spezialisiertes Know-how zu Vertragsentwürfen, Vertraulichkeit und geistigem Eigentum beraten.
• Beschaffungsakademie-Schulungen entwickeln und Junior Buyers coachen.

Stellenbeschreibung

• Draft, revise, and optimize standard procurement contracts, ensuring all relevant commercial, economic, technological, legal, and risk management requirements are addressed
• Prepare and conduct contract negotiations with Procurement Commodity Buyers, including complex contract amendments and settlement agreements throughout the contract lifecycle
• Review and validate contracts by assessing key terms, deviations, risks, and opportunities, and analyze existing agreements during contract administration or in the event of potential disputes with suppliers
• Provide specialized contractual expertise and advice to Procurement and other internal functions on contract drafting, design, negotiations, and contractual implications of internal projects, including confidentiality and intellectual property matters
• Develop and enhance Procurement Academy training programs and provide coaching and on-the-job training to junior buyers in contract management and negotiations

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Law
• Professional experience in the field of Law, Contract Law, Program and Supplier Management
• Very good knowledge of using MS Office
• Fluent in English and German
