Your mission

• Develop and maintain high-fidelity vehicle physics models and sub-models to enhance simulation toolsets.
• Continuously validate and correlate models with real-world track and rig data to ensure robust, reliable simulation results.
• Research and implement cutting‑edge technologies to evolve simulation capabilities and meet engineering requirements.
• Work cross-functionally with race engineers, performance analysts, and control engineers to provide solutions that support technical decision‑making.
• Ensure simulation tools and models remain at the forefront of accuracy and efficiency.

Your profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated engineer with a passion for simulation and performance engineering.

✅ Education & Experience:

• A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field.
• Strong background in mechanics and vehicle dynamics.
• Prior experience in modelling, simulation, or performance engineering within motorsport or high-performance automotive environments is essential

• Proficiency in engineering simulation software and object‑oriented programming (Python, MATLAB, C++ preferred).
