XPENG is seeking a Senior Vehicle Dynamics Engineer to lead chassis performance development in Europe for global vehicle programs. You will own the full V-model lifecycle, from benchmarking and target setting to DNA tuning, validation, and series production support.

Based in Munich or willing to relocate, you will serve as the key technical interface between HQ and European teams, steering cross-functional alignment and supplier collaboration to deliver performance targets across programs.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of vehicle dynamics experience.
• 8+ years with European/North American OEMs.
• Led 2–3+ full vehicle dynamics programs from concept to SOP.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in Automotive / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
• 10+ years vehicle dynamics experience; 8+ years at European/North American OEMs
• Led 2-3+ full vehicle dynamics programs from concept to SOP
• Proficient with CANape, INCA, ADAMS/CarMaker, test tools
• EU work authorization; based in or willing to relocate to Munich
