Job summary

GeneralMind in Berlin offers a 4-month on-site internship in the Value Delivery team to automate enterprise AI workflows. You will work 40 hours per week with a 2-month probation and build internal tools that speed up the team while using AI daily.

During your internship you will process orders, validate invoices, coordinate suppliers, and ship end-to-end automations that demonstrate hands-on deployment of enterprise AI solutions.

About GeneralMind

About the role

In the Value Delivery team, we take our enterprise customers from first pilot to full production rollout: scoping ERP integrations, running clean handovers between teams, making sure nothing falls through the cracks. A lot of that still runs on manual work today, and that's exactly where you come in.

You'll automate how we work internally. Linear workflows, delivery reporting, and small internal tools that give the team back hours every week. You won't be working on our core product. You'll be building the tools that make the team behind it faster and smarter, and you'll use AI daily to build them.
