Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a UX/UI designer to design and optimize conversion-focused experiences for marketing websites and digital touchpoints. You will design, launch, and analyze A/B tests, and translate results into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Collaborating with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams, you will ensure brand-aligned assets and accessible designs. You will create wireframes and prototypes, base decisions on user research and heatmaps, and help scale the design

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in a B2B, SaaS, or marketing context.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual and UI design, with examples of decisions shaped by data or testing
• Figma proficiency as a daily working tool
• Hands‑on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests or experiments
• Comfort interpreting statistical significance
• Experience with heatmapping and session replay tools, such as ContentSquare and Hotjar
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization fundamentals
• Ability to apply analytics to design decisions
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to feedback
• Ability to work quickly while delivering quality on time
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Preferred: Experience designing on a marketing or growth team
• Preferred: Experience with AI-assisted design tools
• Preferred: Experience building and maintaining design systems
