Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent directly relevant experience.
• Seven+ years of UI/UX or related experience with ownership of complex products.
• Portfolio demonstrating research-informed decisions, interaction design, prototyping, accessibility, and shipped outcomes.
• Advanced ability to communicate design rationale and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience designing federal, defense, enterprise, data-intensive, or regulated applications preferred.
• Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2, Section 508, responsive design, and design-token practices preferred.
• Experience establishing or scaling a multi-product design system preferred.
• Employment subject to required background screening; security clearance may be needed.

Aufgaben

• Resolve tradeoffs with engineering teams.
• Lead research, interaction design, prototyping, and design-system work for accessible, intuitive digital products.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of UI/UX, product design, interaction design, or related experience, including ownership of complex products or workflows
• Portfolio demonstrating research-informed decisions, interaction design, prototyping, accessibility, and shipped outcomes
• Advanced ability to communicate design rationale and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience designing federal, defense, enterprise, data-intensive, or regulated applications preferred
• Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2, Section 508, responsive design, and design-token practices preferred
• Experience establishing or scaling a multi-product design system preferred
