Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a Lead UX Designer to drive UX initiatives from discovery to delivery within a digital agency. You will conduct user research, synthesize insights, and define UX strategies aligned with client objectives.

You will design journeys, IA, storyboards, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for responsive web experiences, collaborating with Product, Strategy, Engineering, and Design teams. Strong English and LATAM residency are required.

• Portfolio with agency projects.
• Strong English proficiency (C1–C2).
• Based in LATAM.

• Client-facing communication and design presentation skills
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant UX work, including projects delivered in an agency setting
