Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Product Designer to translate wireframes into polished interfaces within our design system. You will apply Lean UX, participate in workshops, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will conduct user research, plan usability tests, analyse event data with the product team, and clearly communicate design decisions in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of experience as a product designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design solutions and their impact.
• Experience with Lean UX methods and agile development processes.
• Knowledge of and experience working with design systems.
• Proficient in Figma.
• Familiarity with Dovetail or similar tools.
• Experience with usability testing, preferably with tools like Maze.
• Familiarity with event-tracking data.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
