Jobtailor is seeking a senior UX Designer to lead initiatives from discovery to delivery in a digital agency setting. You will conduct user research, synthesize insights, and inform design decisions using client, user, and competitor data.

Responsibilities include defining UX strategy, designing journeys and information architecture, producing wireframes and interactive prototypes, and collaborating with Product, Strategy, Engineering, and Design teams.

• Must be based in Latin America (LATAM)
