Jobtailor seeks a UX researcher/designer to craft user-centered interfaces, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, balancing user needs with business goals in an Agile environment.

You will build and maintain design systems, collaborate with Product Owners and engineers, and translate research into actionable design insights, ensuring accessibility and a consistent brand experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in UX research, UX design or a hybrid research and design role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating approach and impact
• Hands-on experience conducting user research and translating findings into effective design solutions
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch or similar design tools
• Ability to create high-quality wireframes, prototypes and user flows
• Experience building or contributing to design systems and component libraries
• Strong understanding of consistency and reusable design patterns
• Confident communication and effective collaboration with stakeholders and development teams
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in an Agile environment
