mc Group in Berlin is seeking a Turkish News Café Barista (m/f/d) to manage the News Café with approx. 20 seats and a seasonal outdoor area. You will plan, organize, and coordinate all operational processes.

The role requires a cook/chef background, a hands-on mentality, and strong service orientation. You will prepare two daily dishes plus breakfast/snack options, and promote the café with agency support. German language skills at B2 level or above, good English, Turkish preferred.

• Knowledge in accounting and promotion, as well as MS Office skills.
• German language skills at B2 level or above, along with a good command of English. Turkish language skills are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, and coordinate all operational processes for our News Café in Berlin.
• Independently prepare 2 dishes daily, and a manageable breakfast/snack selection for colleagues and external guests.
• Promote the News Café externally with support from our agency.
• Collaborate with the reception team regarding guest reception, meetings/events, and room reservations/layout.

Turkish News Cafe Barista (m/f/d)

• You are responsible for the success of our News Café in Berlin with approx. 20 seats (plus an attractive outdoor dining area with an additional 10 seats in summer).
• In your varied role, you will independently plan, organize, and coordinate all operational processes.
• You will independently prepare 2 dishes on a daily basis, as well as a manageable breakfast/snack selection for our colleagues and external guests.
• Through targeted marketing measures, you will promote our News Café externally, with support from our agency.
• You will work closely with the reception team, particularly regarding guest reception, planned meetings/events, and room reservations/layout.

Your profile

• For this role, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded individual with experience as a cook/chef and proven competence in a similar function.
• You bring a strong "hands-on" mentality and pronounced service orientation.
• Knowledge in accounting and promotion, as well as MS Office skills, are required.
• German language skills at B2 level or above are required, along with a good command of English. Turkish language skills are preferred.
