Job summary

Mc Group is seeking an ambitious Intern/Trainee Event Manager in Berlin to support international, mainly institutional campaigns for EU agencies and multilateral organizations.

You will assist in planning, coordinating, and evaluating diverse events—exhibitions, conferences, workshops, roadshows and evening events—while coordinating attendees, suppliers, speakers, budgets, and post‑event analysis, under supervision.

Qualifications

• You possess relevant international experience in the event agency setting.
• You have very good knowledge of planning, implementing, and evaluating event campaigns in an international environment.
• You have a very good track record of concept development for international tenders.
• You are experienced in managing numerous staff members and multiple client projects and have very good expertise in establishing and controlling budgets.
• A comprehensive network of political institutions and other relevant stakeholders is desirable.
• You have very good time management and organizational skills, and cope easily with stressful and demanding situations.
• You possess a degree in political sciences, event management, communications, or in a relevant branch.
• Fluent English and German skills (both written and spoken).

(including supervising and providing concept writers, and management of budgets)
