Job summary

mc Group in Berlin seeks an Intern/Trainee HR Recruiter/Admin to join a fully integrated, international team. You will actively participate in HR, supporting recruitment, interviews, and contract drafting while reporting to leadership.

• Draft employment contracts and references, report statistics to recruitment agencies.
• Manage time recording, vacations, sick leave, and occupational safety.

Intern/Trainee HR Recruiter/Admin (f/m/d), Berlin

40h/week a full-time position

• During this 6-month internship (which will then continue as a traineeship) you will be an active part of the HR department, especially for the recruiting team.
• You will support the entire recruitment process and assist the team: from the job description to the screening of profiles to the actual hiring of the candidate.
• You will conduct interviews with potential candidates and support other departments in their decision making.
• You will have daily reporting meetings with other teams and the CEO.
• You will advise and support our employees and managers in all HR matters.
• You will be responsible for drafting employment contracts and references and report statistics to the recruitment agencies management on a regular basis.
• You manage our time recording, including vacation and sick leave, and are responsible for occupational safety.

Your profile:

• You have recently completed your studies, preferably in Human Resources or Communications, or you are currently enrolled in your final semester.
• You are interested in the areas of human resources and administrative management.
• You have good communication and organizational skills, are detail-oriented and can take responsibility and initiative.
• Fluency in English is a must
