Job summary

Coffee Circle is opening a café in Munich and seeks a strong local team member to build the guest experience from the ground up. You will brew outstanding coffee, manage orders with warmth, and act as a brand ambassador in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires English fluency (B2‑C1) and basic German, 1 year of specialty coffee experience, punctuality, reliability, and a passion for hospitality. Munich-based, with a four‑day workweek in a friendly team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in specialty coffee is required.

Responsibilities

• Brew coffee following Coffee Circle recipes to deliver a standout guest experience.
• Collect and manage orders with a courteous, professional approach.
• Provide table service when needed and act as a welcoming host.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of machines, store, and facilities.
• Represent Coffee Circle brand values and provide daily feedback to management.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.

And now, we’re coming to Munich!

We’re opening our first Coffee Circle Café outside Berlin and are looking for a strong local team to help us bring Coffee Circle to a new city. As part of our Munich opening team, you will play an important role in building the café from the ground up, creating a great guest experience, and bringing our coffee, hospitality, and culture to Munich.

Our offer

• One-year contractwith afixed monthly gross salaryof € €1,885 in 2026, € 1976 in 2027 (depending on your coffee skills), based on 30 working hours per week across four days. We make sure weekend shifts are shared fairly across the team. The earliest shift may start at 07:00; the latest shift may end at 20:00.

Your role

• Brew our outstanding coffee while following our set Coffee Circle recipes: the coffee experience we provide should be a hallmark for everyone.
• Collect and manage orders with an impeccable customer approach.
• Provide table service if necessary, always acting like a welcoming host.
• Clean and maintain our machines, store, toilets, etc., and prioritize hygiene in your daily work.
• Act as Coffee Circle brand ambassador and represent the company values in front of customers.
• Provide continuous feedback to management, sharing relevant insights into our daily operations.

Your profile

• Fluency in English (B2‑C1 level) and conversational German (min. A2 level).
• 1 year of previous work experience in Specialty Coffee is a must.
• Strong passion for coffee.
