Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated Cost Controller for construction projects. You will develop and maintain project cost controls, monitor costs against budgets, and generate detailed cost reports to support financial forecasting.

The role requires on-site work, travel to project locations, and collaboration with project teams to manage budgets and evaluate scope changes against contract terms.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree in Business or Engineering required.
• At least one year of jobsite construction experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
• Preferred experience with Primavera Scheduling Software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.

Requirements

• At least an Associate’s degree from a two-year college or university in Business or Engineering
• At least one year of jobsite construction experience
• Basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet, and e-mail applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Preferred experience with Primavera Scheduling Software
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to perform required standing, walking, sitting, reaching, talking, and hearing
• Must be able to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
• Must have close vision
• Visa sponsorship is not available
