Job summary

Your Role as a Trainee Financial Advisor

You will participate in portfolio analysis, direct client service, and the development of investment strategies tailored to each profile. During this hybrid-model stage under a self-employed arrangement, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, assessing risks, identifying investment opportunities, and collaborating on long-term financial planning.

• New Client Acquisition: Collaboration in identifying and acquiring potential clients.
• Assistance in Client Meetings: Attending meetings to observe and learn directly from the advisory process.
• Independent Project Management: Autonomous development and management of projects, with room to pitch ideas and make decisions.
• Learning Personalized Financial Strategies: Training in our customized financial solutions adapted to each client's needs.
• Development of Strategic Partnerships: Building and maintaining alliances with various entities and key partners.

Position Requirements

• Minimum certified German level B2.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build trust-based relationships, and a natural talent for sales. Genuine interest in getting to know clients and their financial challenges while living in Germany.
• Background or demonstrated interest in finance, economics, or related fields.
• High level of discipline, results-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently, managing your time and goals effectively.
• Residency and work permit as a self-employed professional in Germany. Visas with asylum status, Duldung, or other conditions that do not allow self-employment (Selbstständigkeit) are not accepted.
• Availability to work full-time in a hybrid format from Berlin or Dresden. On-site attendance is required during the initial training stage (first 9 months).
